For 15 weeks, a live instructor will lead you through real-time classes via an online learning tool. The instructor covers topics including:

Groups and Businesses
Enroll a group or business – We also offer discounts when you buy blocks of class seats. That way you can offer Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less to members of your organization and let them pick any open, regular class that fits their schedule. Check our group options.
