Continue your journey toward better health with Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less 2. This 24-week weight management program is intended for those who have completed the Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less program.
Bi-weekly classes are conducted online by a LIVE instructor, fostering interaction between the instructor and all participants. Participants can conveniently attend class from home or office using a computer or mobile device. Throughout the week, participants track their progress, ask questions, and receive encouragement from their instructor through the Weekly Tracker.
