“Our instructor did a marvelous job communicating with the group, while addressing all questions and concerns timely. Though a lot of the information throughout the course were things I was already familiar with, I did learn new things to help in my wellness journey. The mindful aspect toward taking the time to thinking about what you’re eating, including tastes and textures, helped me enjoy what I was eating and assisted in reminding me what it was I was consuming, which helped in making best choices.
