So I signed up for the program. It has taught me to pay attention to what and when I eat. It also got me started going to the gym 3 times a week. I’ve also been counting calories by using an app. This wasn’t as difficult as I imagined. During the last 15 weeks, I’ve lost 7 lbs and 3 1/2 inches around my waist.
