I recommend the Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less (ESMMWL) program to anyone who has failed in the past in their efforts to lose weight. For the past several years, I have tried, without success, to reverse the steady expansion of my waistline. Even a dedicated running and/or cycling program seemed to have no real effect.
A co-worker suggested the ESMMWL program. I was shocked at how the education that I received in the first few classes seemed to make resisting the morning/afternoon sugar fixes much less painful than ever before. Within a few classes, I was on my way to conquering the addiction, losing weight, and saving $10+ per week in the process.
The classes taught me about “portion control”; a concept that I thought I understood but did not. I now see the issue of healthy living in a whole new light. I don’t think I will ever revert to the old lifestyle. I thank the ESMMWL program for the 15 pounds I lost, the 20 point reduction in my blood pressure and for being able to wear the three-year old clothes I had almost given away.
