“Everyone knows the common weight loss tips “eat more fruits and vegetables”, “eat less fast food”, “drink water not soda or juice”. Without proper education and understanding of HOW to do these things, they are not actionable. They are just “whats”. I appreciated that this program was the deep level of education, the WHY and HOW, associated with each what. My instructor really took the time to explain the specific benefit of each “what” of weight loss, and the program provided excellent tips and strategies. Being in class each week really helped me feel connected to others who are on the same journey as me.
