“Mindfulness worked when every other diet failed”

She’s tried Weight Watchers, the Metabolic Diet, even a diet prescription from her doctor, and Laura says nothing worked, until the Eat Smart Move More Weigh Less program.  So far, Laura has lost eight pounds.  She says “Being mindful of what I eat and tracking it has really worked. I’m finally seeing the scale move down. When I stopped tracking what I was eating I hit a plateau, but I didn’t gain weight.”

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less classes are lead by an experienced instructor trained in weight management. Laura says she is actually eating more food with Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less, “Before I would skip breakfast and sometimes dinner and not lose weight. My doctor told me my body was going into starvation mode and saving calories.”

The goal of Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is to inform, empower, and motivate you to live mindfully as you make choices about eating and physical activity. According to Laura, “The program is so worth it. I’m going to take it again to catch up on the classes I missed.”
