All weekly classes are conducted online by a live Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), fostering interaction between instructor and participants. Participants can conveniently attend classes from home or office using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Classes are held bi-weekly with a live Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and focus on specific topics such as Choose Healthy Fats, Control Sugar, and Manage Stress.
