A fresh start at eating smart and moving more. A chance to make your health a priority. We are here to help.

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less is a 15-week online weight management program. Classes are taught in real-time with a live instructor. Morning, lunch, and evening times  are available.

New series begins the week of January 11th and finish the week of April 18th. Classes fill up quickly, registration closes January 6th at 5:00pm EST.
