“I am so glad that I joined the Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less program. The information that was given and shared in the class was most rewarding.
Since starting the class I have learned new strategies and ways of preparing my food with important information such as counting calories (which is not as hard as I thought it would be), enjoying more fruits and vegetables, re-thinking my drinking, portion control, being mindful and eating smart.
I also learned ways to include physical activity, strength training and exercise into my lifestyle. And that is what it has become, A New Lifestyle for me! It has even helped my husband who has always been a “meat and potatoes man” be supportive of both our health and well-being.”
