After many weeks procrastinating about tracking, I finally downloaded MyFitnessPal a couple weeks ago, and use it regularly. I track my daily steps too with an iPhone app and now strive to reach 10,000 steps per day. I’ve definitely incorporated healthier habits into my lifestyle and am confident I’ll continue to see positive changes in my health and fitness.
