Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less Journeys – Allen

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the class because I’ve seen results. The class has simplified strategies on eating smart and exercising daily. I eat more fruits for snacks instead of packaged foods, drink more water and try to walk at least 30 min daily. I also eat low calorie foods and read food labels. I’ve lost 19 lbs so far. I’m really impressed with the instructor. She¬†has been well prepared for each class! She always gives ideas for an alternative to unhealthy foods. She has also incorporated a 12 min workout to the class which has been great!
